Terrace Hill Provide Sustainability in Gateshead

Terrace Hill was formed in 1986 and is well established as a successful UK property development company with offices in London, the North East, South West and Glasgow.

Focused principally on direct commercial property development including offices, retail, industrial, leisure and mixed use schemes, Terrace Hill have a great depth of experience and a proven track record in all aspects of development.

In Baltic Business Park, Terrace Hill and Red Box Architects have created and implemented a master plan which delivers 1.5 millions square feet of urban office accomodation benefiting from an excellent infrastructure.

To raise awareness of this eco-friendly business park and assist with marketing material, Franklin Rees produced computer generated images for the scheme. Working alongside Red Box, an emphasis was placed upon the architectural integrity of the graphics which accurateley communicated the design.

The visualisations have been included within a council publication and Terrace Hills own promotional literature in an effort to raise demand for office space prior to the development being completed.
