Willowbrook Park is a development of houses and apartments by award winning developer Charter Homes.

The project consists of twenty two plots including three, four and five bedroom houses, as well as luxury two bed apartments.

When looking to market this upcoming development they turned to Franklin Rees for assistance.

Choosing to adopt a mixture of marketing options across our range, allowed Charter Homes to create a bespoke solution which suited their requirements and budget.

Working together with SBS Design and TEP landscape architects, Franklin Rees constructed the photo-realistic environment that would form the basis of their key street scene image.

Emphasising the central urban square, with accurate landscaping would provide the vitality that was required to attract the target clientele to the development.
