When working up the design statement for their latest scheme, Obsidian Investments commissioned Franklin Rees for the supporting images to assist their planning application. A unique, contemporary conversion of an old factory into state of the art open plan offices posed many planning obstacles.
Working closely with Neal Kido at Buckley Gray Yeoman Architects and Peter MIles at Obsidian, the images were turned around to a tight deadline.
