Bars & Restaurants flock to St Anne's Square

Belfast is currently seeing a great focus on large regeneration. Cultured, cosmopolitan and diverse in its nature, it is seeing some remarkable development transformations.

As well as the Laganside docks area housing the Odyssey Centre, another large scheme begins construction. St Anne’s Square.

Working alongside Northern Ireland’s leading urban regeneration specialist and property developer, CUSP, Franklin Rees Associates were required to visualise the project. The final image would be used to attract potential retailers to this new upmarket development.

Partnering with architects WDR & RT Taggart, the scheme was converted from the architectural drawings in to a working 3D model. The design brief was to create a dynamic and cosmopolitan feeling scene.

On completion of the project, Philip Weir, project director at CUSP said “…the visualisations produced by Franklin Rees Associates successfully captured the look and feel which we were aiming for and their high quality images have definitely added value to the project."
