What are three-dimensional floor plans?
The best way to explain a three-dimensional floor plan is to imagine being able to remove the ceiling from a building and look down on it from above.
They provide a great alternative to architects floor plans, which can be extremely confusing to the untrained eye.
How are three-dimensional floor plans made?
Working from the architects plans, the building is modeled in three-dimensions. This will include windows and doors, therefore also illustrating the location of openings.
On completion of the building modeling, furniture taken from our stock libraries or even custom furniture will be applied. Utilising the interior specification, textures and finishes a photo-real image can be achieved.
Who uses three-dimensional floor plans?
Three-dimensional floor plans have great versatility. They can be used for any number of purposes from architects' client presentations to assisting in off-plan sales.
Due to the reduced viewpoint angle, creating three-dimensional floor plans requires less work than full architectural visualisations, therefore this is reflected in the price.
